9. Kevin Campbell
Kelvin Campbell takes up ninth place on the list. The Englishman also holds the record of being the highest scoring player in the Premier League to have never won a cap for his national team. The tall striker played for seven different teams in his 19-year football career but notably played for the Gunners, Everton and Nottingham Forest whilst not even making to the world stage, despite being a consistent striker scoring 148 in 499 games.
