5. Micky Hazard
Closing down on the top five is Micky Hazard. Over the years, their has been talks that England can’t produce natural gifted players but the thing is they can the problem is with the managers who can’t groom them to being the best in the world. Micky Hazard starred for Tottenham and Chelsea in the 1980’s and was know for his passing abilities and technique but was really never given a chance by England to represent his nation. He won the FA Cup and EUFA Cup with Spurs but was never given a chance to play for England making him the fifth player on the list never to feature for the English national team.
